1 Introduction

Welcome to 29pkr. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 29pkr ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). 2 Eligibility

• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. Persons under guardianship, those declared legally incapacitated, or those restricted from entering legal agreements are not eligible.
• Single Account: Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active 29pkr account at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.
• Own Identity: You must register and use the platform exclusively under your own true identity. Opening an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is strictly prohibited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order on 29pkr or any other gaming platform where such exclusion extends to 29pkr services.
• Not a 29pkr Employee: Current employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of 29pkr and its affiliated operators are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming or betting on the platform.

29pkr reserves the right to request identity verification documentation from any player at any time in order to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe stipulated by the platform may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access real-money gaming and betting features on 29pkr, you must complete the account registration process and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You agree that all information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani CNIC or passport number, mobile number, and email address — is truthful and corresponds to your own identity.

KYC may require submission of a copy of your CNIC, a selfie, and proof of payment method ownership (such as a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account in your name). 29pkr recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, accessible from the account security settings dashboard. Players with significant PKR balances are strongly advised to keep 2FA active at all times.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 29pkr platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 29pkr does not charge any platform-side fee on standard PKR deposits or withdrawals made via supported payment methods. However, your mobile network operator, bank, or payment service provider may apply their own standard transaction charges, for which 29pkr bears no responsibility.

Supported deposit and withdrawal channels on 29pkr include: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. The availability of specific channels may vary at any time and 29pkr does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular payment method.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is displayed within the 29pkr account dashboard cashier at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal Verification: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 29pkr account. Third-party payment — i.e. withdrawing to another person's JazzCash or bank account — is strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate account review.
• Processing Times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawal requests are typically processed within a short window once approved by the 29pkr payments team. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take 1–3 business days depending on interbank processing times.
• Withdrawal Limits: Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account dashboard. Players who wish to request a limit increase may contact support with supporting KYC documentation.
• Wagering Requirements: Funds deposited in connection with a bonus offer may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Refer to Section 5 for full details on bonus withdrawal conditions.

29pkr reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request that triggers anti-money laundering (AML) checks, is associated with suspected fraudulent activity, or is subject to an open dispute or account review. In such cases, 29pkr will notify the player and indicate the reason to the extent permissible under applicable regulations.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

29pkr offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback credits, and loyalty programme rewards. All bonuses are denominated and credited in PKR. By claiming any bonus on 29pkr, you agree to the specific terms attached to that promotion in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

• One Bonus Per Player: Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the offer is explicitly designated as recurring. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times — including through duplicate accounts — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus credits and free spins carry an expiry window, stated in the individual promotion terms. Unclaimed or unused bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited without compensation.
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate — or not at all — toward the wagering requirements of a bonus. • Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Some bonus offers impose a cap on the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from bonus-generated winnings. This cap, where applicable, is stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Abuse Prevention: 29pkr monitors bonus usage for signs of abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting patterns designed purely to fulfil wagering requirements. 29pkr reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if abuse is detected.

29pkr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the platform's promotions page and, where possible, by direct notification to affected players.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 29pkr sportsbook and all wagers made in the 29pkr Casino section are subject to the specific game rules and betting rules applicable to the relevant product. These rules are accessible within each game interface and within the sportsbook rules section of the platform.

• Bet Confirmation: A bet or wager is only valid once confirmed by the 29pkr system and a confirmation reference has been issued. Bets that have not received a system confirmation are not valid and will not be settled.

• Cricket & PSL Markets: All cricket and PSL betting markets are subject to the standard sportsbook rules. In-play markets are especially sensitive to live data feeds; in the event of a feed interruption during live play, affected markets may be suspended or voided at 29pkr's discretion.
• Casino Game Integrity: All RNG (Random Number Generator) casino games on 29pkr use certified engines. Live dealer games are operated in real time by professional dealers. Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the system. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised within 30 days of the session.
• Disconnection Policy: If a player is disconnected during a live game or in-play betting session, the platform will follow the applicable disconnection policy for that game type, which may result in the bet or game hand being resolved automatically according to predetermined rules.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the 29pkr platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances including real-money funds under investigation, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen or unauthorised payment methods, or misrepresenting any material facts to 29pkr.
• Money Laundering: Using the 29pkr platform to launder funds obtained through illegal means. 29pkr maintains a strict AML policy and reports suspicious transaction activity as required.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player format to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the platform, place bets, or play casino games. All play on 29pkr must be conducted manually by the registered account holder.
• Hacking & Interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the 29pkr platform, its servers, databases, or the accounts of other players. Introducing malware, viruses, or disruptive code to the platform.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with normal player behaviour, including through duplicate accounts, syndicate abuse, or systematic low-risk wagering patterns solely designed to clear wagering requirements.
• Account Sharing: Sharing your 29pkr account credentials with any other person, or operating an account on behalf of a third party.
• Underage Play: Attempting to access or use the 29pkr platform while under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by underage individuals.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 29pkr platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, sell, or otherwise commercially exploit any part of the 29pkr platform or its content. 10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 29pkr and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill.

In all cases where 29pkr is found liable for a claim arising from or related to these Terms, the total aggregate liability of 29pkr to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 29pkr account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by 29pkr's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11 Termination & Account Closure

You may close your 29pkr account at any time by submitting a closure request through the account settings dashboard or by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered PKR payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

29pkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading registration information
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a linked payment method
• Regulatory instruction or court order requiring account suspension
• Inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero balance

In the event of account termination for breach of these Terms, 29pkr reserves the right to retain any balance in the account pending investigation and, where fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed, to forfeit the balance entirely. 29pkr will communicate the reason for termination to the account holder to the extent permitted by applicable regulations.

12 Amendments to These Terms

29pkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 29pkr will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the platform. The revised Terms will be effective from the date stated in the updated document.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of the 29pkr platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account prior to the effective date.
